New standards for electrical equipment with a stand-by mode
From 7 January 2010, wattage limits will apply to consumer electrical equipment when on stand-by and off mode
New rules to stop illegal, unreported and unregulated fishing
From 1 January 2010, new rules will apply to the trade in marine fish and fishery products
