Travel insurance sold with a holiday will be regulated by the Financial Services Authority – From 1 January 2009, any firm selling connected travel insurance must be authorised by the FSA to do so.
Protect your business from unfair trading – Since 26 May 2008 many of the existing laws (including most of the Trade Descriptions Act) have been replaced by the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008.
