Kirkpatrick & Hopes, a local firm of consulting accountants and business advisors based in Theale, have run a Fantasy Football competition for the last two seasons via their website www.kandh.co.uk.
The winner was the Manager whose team achieved the highest number of points over the season. For the 2004/05 season, Tammy Braseby, with her team ‘The Almighty’ gained an impressive 720 points beating a total of 922 entrants to the competition. Steve Mills, Director of Marketing at Kirkpatrick & Hopes, presented Tammy with her prize at the Reading 107 studios on Thursday 8 June 2005.
Tammy’s prize was a fantastic prize of a trip for two to the beautiful city of Madrid where she will stay in a luxury 5* hotel in the city centre. Tammy was also presented with a Manager of the Season trophy and a guide book for Madrid. Tammy was absolutely thrilled with her prize and will be taking her boyfriend Nathan Brown with her. There was some family rivalry during the competition as Nathan got second place in the Fantasy Football League, but Tammy was the clear winner. Kirkpatrick & Hopes are looking forward to receiving a postcard from Tammy and Nathan when they go on their trip.
