Oh, I do have a soft spot for Colin Firth. Didn’t he do well? I still haven’t got round to seeing The King’s Speech but have now seen so many snippets of it on TV that I almost feel that I have seen it. It is definitely on my shortlist of To Do’s.
Congratulations to our own Stacey Delve who didn’t get an Oscar but has passed her ACCA exams with flying colours in both Financial Reporting and Audit & Assurance. We didn’t doubt for one minute that she would get great results. And, as if that wasn’t enough, she has also passed her Level 2 UKCC Netball Coaching, so is now qualified to coach a team on her own. So her next step might be taking charge of the K&H Netball Team…!
This is a very pleased Stacey…

Onsite Insights visit update
I was invited to join Andrew Gray for his presentation to our visitors on 16 February and I must say I found it quite inspiring to listen to the journey K&H have made over the last few years. We live in the present and occasionally it’s good to reflect on the journey.
It was good also to hear such complimentary comments from our visitors. There was a lot of discussion about some of the things we have in place and many said they would take a number of our ideas away with them to implement in their own way.
The Onsite Insights visits are designed to show in practice how organisations have overcome issues and achieved success, and enable visitors to ask senior managers how it was done.
I’m delighted to say that the feedback received was excellent and our visitors were all very impressed with our way of working and said they found the day extremely insightful.
In fact, the day was so successful that we’ve been asked to hold another one later in the year. Details of the next visit and comments on the last can be viewed here.

That’s about it for now; I can’t believe we are in March already. Time to start thinking of our veg plot and what delights we are going to plant this year.
