This is partly why the UK has introduced Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs), which are now compulsory for all properties sold or rented out. I think nature is pretty cool. I enjoy the way it continually outpaces our efforts to predict it, control it and better it. I regularly turn to nature - seeking the simplicity beyond the complexity that we create for ourselves.
