Client No. 1 - Sign makers

This client, a sign maker, joined k&h in 2006 and immediately implemented a Business Builder Review and Goal Getter action planning day. As a result they overhauled their pricing strategy, and introduced a new profits related bonus scheme to motivate the team. With a combination of Business Builder Forums and a follow up Goal Getter session for their main managers, the company continues to go from strength to strength.

   

Client no. 2 - Party shop

This is a longstanding client of k&h who has been in business for 20 years. Inspired by coming to our Business Builder Forums, we started advising them on marketing and pricing strategies in 2006/7 and they gradually implemented changes over the following year. At the same time the business owners have been able to take more of a back seat and allow the team to run more of the business on a day to day basis.

   

Client no. 3 - Tool hire and services

Another longstanding client. They embraced the E-Myth concept in 2004 and slowly started to change the way the business was run, including bringing k&h in to help them with marketing and, inspired by Business Builder Forums and a Financial Performance Review, changing their pricing policy to turn the business round. In 2007 they bought another outlet and are now forecasting even better results.

   

Client no. 4 - Day nursery

After coming to a k&h Business Builder Forum, this client joined us in 2006 and over a the first few months we undertook a Business Builder Review and identified a number of opportunities to improve the business, which have been steadily implemented, including new marketing and pricing policies. We are now starting the Goal Getter process with them. They are now exploring the possibility of expanding through franchising the business to help take it to a whole new level.

   

Client no. 5 - IT Consultants

This client chose k&h to work with them from the very start of their business in 2006. We took them through a Business Builder Review and have continued to work with them on helping the business grow and develop. They are now making enough money to use Employee Benefit Trust tax planning so they can keep more of what they earn, and they are now also using LLP/Penn report tax planning.

   

Client no. 6 - Estate Agents

After being with k&h since starting up several years ago, we carried out a Business Builder Review and had Simple Stuff That Works sessions with them in 2004, which lead on to a whole range of marketing services which have steadily helped them become the premium brand in their catchment, with profits to match. They are now in the process of developing a franchise to expand into new areas.

   

Client no. 7 - Office Furniture Supplies

The client had been with k&h for many years with mixed fortunes. In January 2006 we went through a Business Builder Review with them. This process refocused the client on what their vision was for the business. They subsequently moved to larger premises which had been the intention for a long time. With renewed focus the business has continued to develop and expand and profits have increased accordingly.

   

Client no. 8 - Mortgage Services

This client had difficulty increasing its profits above a certain level. In 2006 we took them through a Business Builder Review and this invigorated them to develop a clear strategy for where they were going and put systems and procedures in place to help them. Now facing difficult times in the industry they have strong foundations to see them through.
