The team at Kirkpatrick & Hopes

All the people at K&H are passionate and committed team players dedicated to serving our customers – both individually and collectively.

K&H customers often tell us that they find our team friendlier and more helpful than staff at other accountants. That’s partly because everyone who works here is a shareholder in the business, so it matters to each of us, personally, that we look after you well.

The organisational structure here is flat and we measure how the team is feeling via a monthly ‘happiness survey’, in which everyone participates. We immediately address all issues that arise.

We find that all this produces happy, empowered people who have a vested interest in your success and are fully engaged in delivering what you need.
